Description

See Section 11 of the attached Rental Contract.

DAMAGE WAIVER IS NOT INSURANCE, NOR IS IT A WARRANTY.

You will have no liability to NCW Event Rentals for 80% of the cost to repair or replace Rented Item(s) covered by Damage Waiver ("Covered Items") which suffer physical damage due to an "Act of God" during the Term; provided however, that you will remain 100% liable for:

(a) damage to or loss of:

(i) Item(s) not covered by Damage Waiver;
(ii) Covered Items lost or damaged as a result of:

(A) your breach of this Contract;
(B) any failure to return Rented Item(s) to NCW Event Rentals as required under this Contract;
(C) gross negligence, misuse and/or abuse;
(D) vandalism and/or malicious mischief,
(E) use of alcohol or drugs; and/or
(F) use of any Rented Item in violation of this Contract or any applicable law or policy of insurance;

(iii) glassware, flatware and collectibles; and

(b) 20% of all repair/replacement costs for Covered Items.

You may decline Damage Waiver only if you comply fully with this Contract but must obtain an $500K insurance policy with NCW Event Rentals as the principal beneficiary.

Payment Policy

When HOST WENATCHEE / NCW EVENT RENTALS approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
