Description

$80/ hour, 2 hour minimum.
If your meeting is over 2 hours you will be charged for a total of 3 hours.

Reminder: Meetings come with 30 minutes for setup before your meeting start time and 30 minutes to clean up. We allow clients to bring in food and beverages.

Included:
Projector + professional audio
Round tables, chairs, black linens.

If your meeting involves alcohol or catering your event type will be moved to the Corporate Event Rate of $135 per hour.

Payment Policy

When HOST WENATCHEE / NCW EVENT RENTALS approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
