Description

Introducing the Elite Presentation Package at the Hilton Gardens Inn, a collaborative effort with The Elite Collect. This package is designed to deliver a seamless and high-quality audio experience for all your presentation needs.

The centerpiece of this package is the Midas M32 Live, a state-of-the-art digital console for live and studio use. It comes with a recording option that allows for a USB main presentation or SD card recording for individual tracks, providing flexibility and convenience for post-presentation editing and distribution.

To ensure clear and uninterrupted communication, we include the Shure QLXD wireless microphone package. This package features 10 handheld microphones and 6 bodypacks equipped with lavalier and sm35-xlr headset mics, catering to a variety of presentation styles and ensuring every word is captured with clarity.

Sound reproduction is handled by four Mackie SRM215 speakers, renowned for their fidelity and power. Two speakers are positioned at the front near the presenters for direct sound projection, while the other two serve as fill speakers to ensure that all attendees, regardless of their location, can hear the presentation crystal clear.

But technology is only as good as the people operating it. That’s why this package includes a dedicated Audio Engineer to manage the sound system and ensure a flawless presentation. A Site Tech is also on hand to assist with the distribution and handling of microphones to presenters, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Finally, our tech team will handle the Delivery, Setup, and Striking of all equipment, allowing you to focus on what truly matters - your presentation.

Payment Policy

When The Elite Collective, LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
