Description

Time Tunnel Entrance, step & repeat backdrop for photo booth, authentic DELOREAN car, Doc Brown greeter, deejay in boombox booth structure, airbrushed murals around room (Madonna, Michael Jackson, MTV, etc. accented with uplighting. Attendants dressed in 80's attire will distribute tickets at the following game stations: Pool Table (3), Name that 1980's Show, Vintage Video Games (3), Bottle Toss, Hula Hoop Relay, Wall Street Grab, Name that Tune, 80's attire relay. 20 Guest tables covered in white spandex and illuminate from below. Chairs covered in black spandex chair covers with a black and white checked band. Centerpieces are a mix of mirror balls on spandex covered vase, cassette tape towers with 45 records and Gerbera daislies, roller skates, large Rubik's cubes and other iconic 80's props will lighting and fresh flowers. Lounge areas created with sofas, ottomans and white chairs around dance floor. Lighting featuring iconic logos for the decade and uplighting on all facets of the event decor. Contract includes 7 double rooms at an adjacent hotel to the Convention Center.

Payment Policy

When Premier Events, Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
