Cover the ceiling with our Classic Bistro setup. All walls covered in sheer fabric. 1 short wall with mini lights behind the fabric. Creating a whole lit wall. All wall draping is DIY Setup. 1 cocktail table used as a cake table. 1 sign-in table. 13 full length (120") round tablecloths for 12 guest tables and cake table. 1 90' round tablecloth for sign-in table. 12 runners for guest tables. 3 full length banquet tablecloths. (2 for food and 1 for gifts)

Payment Policy

When Mountain Event Rental approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 180 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
