At the Shire all-inclusive: This includes full set up of table centerpieces provided by The Haven, Set up of additional decor rented and provided by us including draping and rugs. Includes set up prior to wedding and breakdown at the end of the wedding. Times and hours to be determined. **Price may vary and is based on guest count and items included. We may provide set up of items and decor provided by client at an additional fee.

Payment Policy

When The Haven - TX approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
