This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from The Haven - TX's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.
Event Staff are available to assist in different areas of your event as needed. This is not for bussing or cleaning tables. This is to assist guest when looking for their way to their seat, class or upcoming station. This guest assists with hosting and helping keep the event flowing by making sure guests have someone to answer questions and provide assistance as needed. **Includes six Staff each day. Additional Staff are available and will be added as need is determined. Hours and times are to be determined and will be outlined on the timeline.
When The Haven - TX approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
