This is a custom package that includes Coordinating of a Mini or Micro Wedding. Includes timeline and order of event creation and management. Includes onsite management the day of. May include an onsite visit in advance to assist with floor plan design. Includes setup and breakdown of rentals being created or included. May include other setup as needed onsite. Includes full management of Vendors providing services or rentals. May also include greeting guests, assistance with attire, if needed. **Includes assistance with champagne toasts. **Price will vary on location, date, guest count, vendors, package created and rentals being provided.

Payment Policy

When The Haven - TX approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged.
