Description

Pick up and return is by the garage door on the side of the building.

Please ensure and bring your ID when picking up rental items. If you fail to provide an ID we will not be able to give you the rental items.

Monday thru Friday - Pick up hours are from 9am to 11:45am and from 1:00pm to 4:45pm.

Saturday - Pick up hours are from 8am to 12:45pm.

Rentals from the weekends are due on Monday before Noon. During the week all rentals are due the next day before Noon time.

Payment Policy

When J & S Party Rentals Co approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

You may remove items from your order anytime up until 14 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
