Renowned Event Designs
-One table per every 4 staff
-one chair per each staff member
-Power supply with power strip per table
-internet per level of conference / password
-Comp’d meal per each staff member with included dietary restrictions x3 per day OR reimbursement per meal (x3) per day per staff member
-Hotel accommodations 1 per staff member (required day before event and day after event to calculate travel days) preferable to stay on location. Required to stay on location for events starting at 7 am or earlier
-Rental car one car per every four staff members or suv and per every 5 staff members
-comp'd valet parking for each vehicle on site
-staff room on site (storage for bags and behind the scenes prep, 10x10 sufficient)
-flights reimbursed (required one day before event for arrival and leave one or two days after event changes per city/event)
When Renowned Event Designs approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
