Each station includes: 1-2 m counter branded front. 2- 1- 8.5 “x 11 tabletop sign

Supplies for 200:
Paper Cup - 8 oz.- white, polyline paper recyclable cups suitable for hot or cold beverages.
Napkin - 4.75" x 4.75” – white - Printed-1 Colour, 1 Side

Water jugs/ disperser service and replenishment to be provided at contracted rate through venue.

All artwork to be submitted to Robinson Show Services a minimum of 2 weeks pre- event in print ready format. -Vector format

Payment Policy

When Robinson Show Services Inc. approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 184 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 6 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
