* Liaise with all vendors to confirm details and ensure a smooth execution on the wedding day.
* Ceremony Oversight: Coordination of the ceremony, including cueing the processional, and recessional, and managing any particular elements.
* Reception Management: Seamless orchestration of the reception events, from grand entrances to toasts, cake cutting, and the first dance.
* Problem Solving: Quickly resolve any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the day.
* Communication Hub: Serving as the main point of contact for the couple, wedding party, and vendors on the wedding day.
* Setup and Breakdown Assistance: Supervised setup and breakdown, ensuring all elements were in place before the event and adequately packed up afterward.
* Final Details Confirmation: Reconfirmation of all details with vendors in the days leading up to the wedding.
* Emergency Kit: Carrying an emergency kit with essential items to handle unforeseen circumstances.

Payment Policy

When Raven Luxury Events Inc DBA Raven Blooms approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
