Description

Optional Damage Waiver. Coverage protection for accidental
damages. Does not apply to intentional damage, or misuse on the
customer's part.
Should you decide to waive this protection, you understand that you
will be solely responsible for the full replacement cost, plus shipping
of any damaged items. A card must be kept on file and will be
charged accordingly if necessary

Payment Policy

When Prestige Event Rental approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
