Our 20 X 20 standard framed canopy tent rental is a perfect tent for smaller events such as graduation parties, backyard parties, birthday parties and catering tents. Complete with a heavy duty vinyl top and sturdy side bars. The strong frame of these tents allows for large open space within the tent, no center poles! Maximum space within the tent allows for unobstructed views for guests at your event. Able to be set up on grass, concrete, dirt and asphalt. Tent Lighting also available for rental. Holds approximately (8) 8' ft Rectangular Tables with 64-80 chairs or (4) 6' Round Table with 40 chairs.

Ask us about setting our 20 X 20 framed canopy tent up cabana style with side walls to keep guests warm during chilly night events. Will incur additional charges.

Payment Policy

When Las Vegas Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
