Description

Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with a digital version of the Conversation Board. Attendees will take a selfie and upload to our virtual photo booth. Once they do that they will right a message or answer to a conversation question. Next the attendee will share the image with a custom hashtag or text to a number to share this image. Our software will collect them and have them scroll on a 65" monitor in an area where the client would like it. Additional video out to a larger shared area is available as well. At the end of each session we can create a collage of images and answers for the client that can shared to the group.

Includes: Laptop, software, custom hashtag, custom virtual photo booth url, sharing options, branded overlay, slideshow and collage at end of show.

Payment Policy

When AE&ES approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 45 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
