Description

Bring the look and feel of the track to the ballroom. Start with a custom sign at the entry doors. Clients logo and name of the event overhead.

We will add a life size horse with a winners wreath, white picket fence and backdrop for a photo op station after guests enter the room.

Next they will make there way to the ticket windows or strolling bookies to place there bets. Once the race is over guest will be able to cash in there tickets/bets before the next race. We will set up a digital count down on the projection system allowing guest to know how much time before the next race. Multiple window are built into the facades for multiple guest to bet at a time. Wall is 8ft H x 16ft W with 4 windows. Includes 4 more bookies to take and pay out bets.

1 20amp circuit for lighting in the betting area.

Payment Policy

When AE&ES approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 45 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
