Description

Breakout rooms allow us to split your Zoom meeting in up to 50 separate sessions. We can choose to split the participants in the event up. This can be separate sessions guest join automatically or manually. This can also be setup to allow participants to select and enter rooms as they please. Freely moving in and out of all rooms.

Payment Policy

When AE&ES approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 45 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
