The Virtual Venue will have a variety of rooms for the event from the Main Stage, Lobby, Networking, Support, and the Lounge. We can add in our custom rooms like the Arcade, Casino, Sports Bar, Patio Games, Photobooth & gallery, Caricaturists and a room for the live entertainment for additional fees. Some rooms may link to separate platform for the activations to take place (This will be billed separately).

We offer a turnkey solution for your online video chat event. This unique technology offers the dynamics of an in-person event at internet scale. This platform enables the speaker to broadcast across the entire platform to all the rooms that are open. We can post global messages to all the rooms for attendees to be kept up to date. We can have a live segment, pre-recorded videos or stream media to the event in front of an online audience.

Meanwhile, unlike other video conference or webinar meeting technologies, audience members themselves are also able to network openly, discuss and socialize with one another in their own self initiated private video chats just as they would naturally at in person events. This is simply done by using the network button on the left sidebar to locate anyone on the platform and you can initiate a get together and even create your own room.

Separate "Rooms" can be designed and provided based on client needs. These can be accessed from the main room or from any room you are in..

Pricing is based on number of hours, number of attendees and programming, rehearsal time needed. White glove style treatment is provided and we can run your whole show flow given we have all the info and time line provided 21 days prior.

Payment Policy

When AE&ES approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 45 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
