Description

When you arrive, you must CHECK-IN at the main desk before driving around back to pick up your rentals.

Rentals can't be returned after 4pm due to our Warehouse being closed. All dishware/glassware must be rinsed to avoid additional charges.
Any furniture ie: tables, chairs, dance floors, arches etc must be returned as they were sent out, any rentals returned dirty will result in cleaning charges. If you're sending someone other than the person stated on the contract, please let us know prior to and send an invoice with them so they're aware of what is being returned.
Arriving after 4pm can result in a refusal. For more info, see RECEIVING & RETURNING on your terms and conditions page.
*If you need to send multiple people or vehicles, they must arrive at the same time.

Payment Policy

When The Ultimate Party & Rental Store approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
