Looking for a partner in planning? Have already secured a few of your favorite wedding vendors? Our partial coordination package gives you control over areas that are important to you while still allowing us to provide assistance with the research, correspondence, and logistics for your wedding. We will help you tie together all the loose ends and guarantee peace of mind on your big day.
Our Partial Planning package includes:• An initial consultation with the couple (complimentary)
• Coordination will start six months prior to the day of the wedding
• Unlimited email/phone contact throughout the planning process
• Monthly meetings to review wedding plans and details
• A final planning meeting two weeks before the wedding day
• Vendor research and recommendations
• Vendor meeting attendance with the couple (up to 3)
• Appointment coordination between vendors and clients
• Confirmation of arrangements with venues, vendors, and service providers
• A walk-through of the ceremony and reception venues
• Floor plan development
• A detailed wedding day timeline and decor list
• A fully compiled contact list of vendors, service providers and key people
• Attendance at the ceremony rehearsal
• On-site coordination on the wedding day up to 10 hrs
• Overseeing of scheduled events at the reception
Management and assistance with the setup of small decor details • Delivery of final payments to vendors if necessary • An equipped Wedding Emergency Kit

Payment Policy

When The wedding vogue approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
