This is designed for couples that need assistance in every aspect of the wedding planning process.

If you’re just in the early stages of planning your wedding or have plenty of ideas but aren’t sure where to start, our Full Planning package could be the option for you. This service is designed to help guide you from that very first idea to the last detail of your wedding day. You can rest assured that you will have a stress-free wedding celebration from start to finish.

Our Full Wedding Coordination package starts with an initial meeting where we meet with you to understand who you are and what your vision is for your dream wedding day

After our initial consultation, our CEO Karla will put together a detailed quote for you that will include a full breakdown of each component. After your approval, we get started on turning your vision of a perfect day into a reality.

Our Full Planning package includes:
• An initial consultation with the couple (complimentary)
• Coordination will start 12 months prior to the wedding day
• Unlimited email,phone Facebook chat contact throughout your entire planning.
• Monthly meetings to review wedding plans and details
• A final planning meeting two weeks before the wedding day
• A detailed planning timeline with monthly reminders
• Budget development
• A tailored theme for the wedding
• Venue research and recommendations
• Vendor research and recommendations
• Vendor meeting attendance with the couple (up to 5)
• Appointment coordination between vendors and clients
• Confirmation of arrangements with venues, vendors and service providers
• Assistance with menu selections
• Hotel arrangement for the couple and out of town guests
• A walk-through of the ceremony and reception venues
• Deposit and payment tracking
• Guest list management
• Floor plan development
• A detailed wedding day timeline and decor list
• A fully compiled contact list of vendors, service providers and key people
• Attendance at the ceremony rehearsal
• On-site coordination on the wedding day up to 10 hrs (Please add $180 for a second coordinator assistant on site) • Overseeing of scheduled events at reception

Payment Policy

When The wedding vogue approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
