Description

Client to provide 2 rooms with 2 beds for each night of/prior to events at the performance venue. For travel more than 3 hours from our warehouse in Rahway, NJ, extra nights may be necessary. If venue does not have a hotel onsite, accommodations must be made within 3 miles of the venue and approved by MVPDJs. For any contracts containing larger setups, additional rooms may be required for additional production team members. If parking is not available onsite for oversized vehicles, reimbursements are required.

Payment Policy

When MVPDJs LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
