Description

The versatile 20'x30' High Peak Frame Tent is adaptable to various surfaces including asphalt, grass, or flat ground. Our comprehensive service encompasses professional setup and teardown of the tent, while delivery costs are determined based on location, accessibility, and scheduling needs.

For secure anchoring, we typically utilize stakes; however, we advise customers to ensure utility safety by contacting 811 for marking before installation and signing a liability waiver. In cases where staking isn't feasible, concrete weights are available at an additional expense, necessitating prior approval of the tent site for use with block dollies. Please note, concrete anchoring may not be viable if there are inclines, gravel, or other obstacles near the designated site.

Payment Policy

When 973 Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 20 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 20 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
