Description

Pre-Wedding Coordination, Event Planning + Design. Guest communication, additional accommodations, directions, and parking instructions. Timeline creation, tent and property layouts, mood boards, and design creation. Assist with budget, organize special services, assist wedding rehearsal, vendor coordination + referrals. One staff for 22 hours pre-wedding planning + design, 8 hours Day of Wedding Coordination: take care of the wedding party and families' needs the day of the wedding. Keep with the timeline and handle any changes or issues that arise. Communication with vendors, assisting with finishing touches on wedding day to include leading clients set crew (if applicable), greeting guests/answering questions, assisting wedding party with processional/recessional, jumping in to help vendors where needed, master of ceremonies and delivery of vendor payments. Design work requiring additional labor will be billed separately. Does not include materials, unless listed on the invoice.

Payment Policy

When HCF of NH, LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 20% fee will be charged.
