Description

This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from Magnolia Tent Company's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

This fee is assessed on all marquee letter rentals and is fully refundable if all Magnolia Marquee items are returned with no damage and in working order. Failure to return even a single item (power strip, cord, bulb, etc.) will result in loss of the full deposit. Also, if items are more than 3 days late being returned, Magnolia will keep the entire $25. Excessive damage/loss of items can still be assessed per the rental contract. If all items are returned properly, client will be refunded within 3 days of the return.

Payment Policy

When Magnolia Tent Company approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 60 days of the delivery/pickup date a 25% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 15 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
