Tent Washing - Priced per sq/ft

Tent washing services include a single heavy duty wash cycle.
A single wash cycle includes a single heavy duty 1000 gallon wash with shipp chemical mold treatment.
Tents over 2 years old, or with existing rips or pinholes, are at increased risk to be ripped.
Tents that are extremely dirty, are not guarenteed to come 100% clean. In the event we notice that your tent is not clean after a wash, we will contact you and you may determine at that time if you would like an additional wash cycle for a discounted rate.

Repairs are not included in the initial wash, however we will do a damage assessment, and let you know of any repairs that need to be done, and you may assess at that time if you would like the repairs to be completed.

Typical damage that requires repairs are pinholes in the tent, tears in the tent fabric, seperation of the factory heat seams, tears in the rope grommets, and breakage of tent ropes.

Knights Tent and Party Rental is not responsible for any damage incurred to the tent by the tent washing cycle.
Client is responsible to understand if their tent is in condition to be washed or not.

Payment Policy

When Knights Tent and Party Rental approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 90 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 45 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
