Description

This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from Copper Crate Unique Rentals's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

Prior to the day of the event, the event coordinator meets (either in person or via phone) with you to understand your preferences and the plans for the event day. The coordinator then works with you to build an event day schedule, creating a list of everyone involved in the event and what their roles are. You will also supply the coordinator with the names and contact information for all of the vendors and list what services are being provided. With this information, we can handle one of the most important day-of duties: making sure everything goes smoothly.

Payment Policy

When Copper Crate Unique Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 15 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
