Description

SEATING CAPACITY
Our Bijou Ballroom can accommodate up to 150 guests seated .

EVENT ACCOMMODATIONS
Rental rates include the use of the ballroom, entry foyer, stage, dance floor, tables and chairs (upgrades available), and bar/prep area.



All event rentals include six hours to include one hour of setup, four event hours, and one hour of breakdown. We also offer ten and twelve hour rentals.



Additional hours can be purchased when available.



** Tables and Chairs are included as a part of the ballroom rental. Additional fees apply for events that request and alternate floor plan.

RENTAL RATES
Weekday Rental ( Monday- Thursday) - $900 ( 6 hours ), $1,300 (10 hours), $1,700 (12 hours)



Weekday Weddings ( 6 hours ) - $1,200 (6 hours), $2, 000 (10 hours), $2,400 (12 hours)



Daytime Rentals ( Friday & Saturday before 5 p.m.) - $1,100 ( 6 hours )



Evening Rentals- Friday- $1,300 ( 6 hours )

Saturday ( after 7pm )-$1,500



Saturday Extended Rentals - $2,300 ( 10 hours ), $2,700 (12 hours)



Sunday Rentals- $1,300 ( 6 hours ), $2,100 (10 hours), $2,500 (12 hours)

Payment Policy

When Elegant Experiences approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
