Description

**Promotion Terms and Conditions:**

1. **Discount Offer:** Enjoy a 20% discount on all rental orders exceeding $300 in rental items, applicable only on regular-priced items.

2. **Promotion Period:** This offer is valid from April 1st, 2024, to April 30th, 2024.

3. **Exclusions:** The discount does not apply to taxes, fees, services, Linens, dinnerware, flatware, drinkware, tent, dance floor or logistics charges

4. **Expiration Clause:** If the customer fails to sign the contract and pay the deposit within 7 days of the contract's expiration date, this discount code will no longer be applicable to the contract.

5. **Eligibility:** This promotion is applicable only to new quotes and cannot be combined with any other offers or deals.

6. **Contractual Limitations:** The discount is applicable only to rental items and does not extend to purchases.

7. **Modification Rights:** We reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. **Void Where Prohibited:** This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
