Event Space Rental Agreement

This Event Space Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

Terms and Conditions:

Payment:
The Tenant agrees to pay the total rental fee of [Amount] as specified in the payment invoice provided by [Event Space Name].
A [25]% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing this Agreement, with the remaining balance due [7] days prior to the event date.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made [14] days or less before the event date will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Event Breakdown:
The Tenant agrees to a [1]-hour breakdown period following the conclusion of the event. Any additional time required for breakdown beyond this period may incur additional charges.

Cleaning Deposit:
A $150.00 cash deposit is required on the date of the event for the cleaning service.
If, at the culmination of the contract, everything is in order, the customer will receive this deposit back.

Damage Waiver (DW) Fee:
A Damage Waiver (DW) fee is included in the total rental fee. This fee covers damage to rental items only and is intended for unintentional damages. It does not cover damage to the property.

Responsibilities:
The Tenant is responsible for any damage to the event space or its contents caused by the Tenant or their guests during the rental period.
The Tenant agrees to adhere to all local laws, regulations, and venue policies during the event.

Additional Services:
Any additional services, equipment, or time beyond the agreed rental period may incur additional charges and must be approved by [Dalissa Studio] in advance.

Agreement Execution:
This Agreement is effective as of the date first above written. Each party represents and warrants that, on the date first above written, they are authorized to enter into this Agreement in entirety and duly bind their respective principals by their signatures below.
