2024 PIN POINT DELIVERY/PICKUP SERVICE DEAL PROMOTION 8:A.M. TO 12:A.M.
The Pinpoint delivery or pick-up charge applies to arrival windows of one to five (1-5) hours between 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 A.M.

No setup/breakdown included.
We arrive at any time during the chosen window.
Customers ensure accurate dimensions for elevators or stairs.
No refunds for unused items.
A person aged 18 or older must accept/return items during delivery or pick-up.
The delivery crew contacts the customer 15 to 45 minutes before arriving.
Customers must meet the crew within five (5) minutes of arrival.
No refund or credit if the customer doesn't fulfill their responsibility.
Delivered goods must be returned in the same condition and quantity.
Failure to meet the delivery crew within 5 minutes or ensure someone 18 or older is present results in item return after 8:00 pm.
Rental items available for pick-up the next business day between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
Delivery Specifics:

Drop-off only at the ground floor entry of the event site.
Delivery drivers do not transport items above the ground floor or front door.
By signing, you acknowledge the rental & delivery agreement.
Customers are responsible for ensuring rental items are stacked or stored in provided packaging/boxing upon pick-up.
An additional service fee for breakdown will be charged if items are not at the pick-up location, stacked, or stored properly upon pick-up.
Delivery Time Guarantee:

Please allow a minimum of one (1) hour between delivery time and the event start time due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, traffic, accidents).

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
