2024 STANDARD SERVICE DELIVERY/PICKUP DEAL PROMOTION

Our standard delivery or pickup service operates from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and applies to services with a minimum twelve-hour window. Setup or breakdown of event rentals is not included. Please note that we may arrive at any time during the chosen window, and the window duration does not include the time required for delivery or pickup.

Customers must ensure accurate rental item dimensions for delivery and pickup involving elevators or stairs. Refunds are not issued for unused rental items. Customers agree that an individual aged 18 or older will handle the acceptance or return of rental items during delivery or pickup.

The delivery crew will communicate via text or call approximately 15 to 45 minutes before arriving. Customers must meet the delivery crew within five minutes of arrival; failure to do so may result in the return of rental items to our business location after 8:00 pm, and no refunds will be issued. Rental items can be picked up the next business day between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.

Delivery is limited to the ground floor entry door of the event site. Delivery drivers are not responsible for transporting items above the ground floor or front door. By signing, you confirm reading and understanding the rental & delivery agreement.

We do not delivery or pick up unattended items or enter unattended properties.

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
