Unlimited necessary hours
Coordinating all dynamic facets of the day (vendor management, attending to guests' needs, handling unexpected situations)
Setting up and organizing items (place cards, programs, guest book, license, rings, etc.)
Assisting clients throughout the day
Overseeing all wedding day deliveries
Ensuring the venue's design matches expectations
Directing the wedding party to be in the proper place at the proper time
Providing a wedding emergency kit
Delivering payments to vendors requiring payment on the day
Lining up the bridal party
Ensuring the bridal party looks perfect before walking down the aisle
Transporting personal items from the ceremony to the reception
Assisting in room flip
Coordinating events and announcements during the reception
Organizing the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit
Collecting gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book or sign-in, unity candle & pictures, and ensuring they reach the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
