After business hours service is a 1 to 3 hours window hours between 6:PM to 11:PM Window time is not part of the rental time.
Customer is responsible for requirements of the dimensions are accurate for elevator use for the deliveries. THIS SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE SET UP. Customer is responsible for setting up the rental items.
Please be mindful of your delivery/pickup windows. Our drivers will contract you, via text or call, approximately 15 to 45 mins before delivery or pickup. Our contract requires that a responsible person be available during the windows to sign for the items. Our drivers will not drop off the items without someone being there, customer is responsible to count and make sure receiving the acquired rentals items before sign. Our drivers will not wait more than 10 mins before leaving your location to the next delivery or return the items will be drop by the staff between 3 to 5 hours to the warehouse for customer pickup or drop up, delivery or pickup fee will not be refundable. You either must come to our warehouse during business hours to retrieve the items yourself or pay for another delivery or pickup attempt to your address if staff are available.
Driver being not able to contact the customer by text or phone in the 10 minutes period the driver will move to the next customer, and the window time will change for your delivery.

DELIVERY TIME GUARANTEE. Please allow a minimum of 3 hour between delivery time to the event start time due to circumstances such as weather, traffic, and accidents that are beyond the control of lessor.
Customer acknowledges that delivered goods are in great condition and will return in the same condition. Customer MUST be present at time of pickup. Chair pickups must be stacked & Chiavari chairs must be covered, all rental items need to be return in the same packaging is delivery boxes and foam need to be in the same condition at pickup time, and on the ground floor of the event site. Not adhering to this agreement will result in extra charges per item. By signing, I agree that I have read the rental & delivery agreement.
Please note, we require same day rental pick up for events held at venues or outdoors. A late nigh delivery charge will apply when a delivery or pick up is set between 6:00 pm to 5:00 am and the fee will increase depending on the time. If your venue does not allow pick-ups after hours, please provide us with written confirmation from the event space/venue to schedule a next day pick up. Customer is responsible for meeting the delivery team at the pick-up location to complete return of items. Our delivery team will not complete pick up of items without a customer present. Our delivery team are unable to wait more than 10 mins after arriving to the location to retrieve items. Additional rental date and delivery fees will apply to any 2nd delivery attempt is customer is not present during delivery drop off/ pick up.

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
