Description

Items returned that we deemed are damaged, but done unintentionally will be covered by this fee. Some exception apply damage for glue, wax, Ink or item damage for customer negligence will not cover, all broken or damage items need to be report by the customer at the time of the return or the customer will be charge, you agree to replace the damaged item at full price. The card on file will be charged immediately.
ANY DAMAGE TO RETURN OR PICKUP LINENS, DRAPE, BACKGROUND OR WALL WITH GLUE, TAPE, WAX OR FIRE WILL BE COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER FULL REPLACEMENT PRICE WILL BE CHARGE TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Payment Policy

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
