Dalissa Events & Party Rentals
6 Hours Minimum rentals.
Space needs to be returned in the same condition as received or a $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
White Perimeter Draping is included with the rental of the venue.
$300.00 cash deposit upon rental (will be returned 24 hours after event finishes)
Plastic chairs and tables (black or white) will be provided for up to 70 guests.
Usage of Venue Space past the contract time (overtime) will be an additional hourly charge of $300.00.
You can book additional setup time for $125.00 if needed, a maximum of 2 hours, this time can't be used at event time and 1 hour for breakdown need to be deducted from the event time.
We don't allow outside furniture or linens.
The tablecloth for the food table needs to be rented by the customer.

When Dalissa Events & Party Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged.
