Description

Labor Parameters Tier I – Labor is billed at a 10 hour day rate only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
A labor steward is required on 5 or more crew.

BILLING / INVOICING Straight Time: M-F 7am – Midnight Time and a Half: Sat & Sun; M-F Midnight – 7am Overtime: Overtime applies over 10 hours *Holiday Time or Turnaround: Double Time *Holidays: Thanksgiving Day,Christmas Day, New Years Day,4th of July Day ,and Easter Day) Turnaround time applies if after a 10 hour shift, the worker does not have a complete 8 hours between the time he leaves the job and the time he must return to the job. The time thereafter will be considered turnaround time.

Breaks / Meals  Breaks: 15 minutes every 2 ½ to 3 hours  Meals: 1 hour Walk-Away Lunch (off the clock) on a full day. A two-hour meal penalty is charged if a walk away lunch is not given.  If a client is pressed for time and opts to provide lunch for the staff, then the worker will be given 20 minutes to eat lunch without clocking out.

Payment Policy

When Power On Productions LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until 30 days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 10% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 10 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 3 days of the delivery/pickup date a 95% fee will be charged.
