Description

This package includes all of our featured needs of our venue for a memorable wedding day. Included with tis package is our entire indoor event space as well as our 2nd floor with a spacious bathroom and our accommodating bridal and groom suites. This package also comes with your choice of one of our many ceremony options. In addition, we supply our audio and video system including a full dj setup with dance lighting and a dj booth and or 70 inch smart TV. We include our mandatory wedding day insurance policy. We have also included our updated mahogany folding chairs for your guests. We also will clean the venue alleviating this worry for you also. Last but not least, we are including our amazing LED dancefloor as a much loved bonus. As a mention, roughly 50% of this package fee goes back to our non-profit, the Lion's Club. It is a beautiful, rustic historic facility. It can host up to 135 guests inside and has unlimited potential with our outdoor 25 acre private park. Payment Policy

When Hey! Mr DJ! Entertainment Services approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
