Description

Linens must be returned within 7 days following event to avoid additional fees.


What you need to know about returning your order to us:

If your order is over 45 pounds you will get a bag to return the items. There will already be a return shipping label attached to that bag.

If your order is under 45 pounds you will not get a bag as it will rip in transit if not completely full. Instead, on the box there will be a note in a plastic pouch saying, “attention your return labels are here”. Please use this box to return your order.

Once the bag or box is packed and ready to be sent off, please take it over to a UPS store or a UPS drop location.

Payment Policy

When Let's Party Rental approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 2 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
