Description

Canopy only - Side walls not included.
Staked in Grass. Requires an additional 7' from all sides for tie-downs. Site must be accessible by tractor and gates must be at least 10' wide. Extra charges may apply if tent site is more than 100' from parking. Requires a 48 hour window (excluding Sundays & Holidays) for set-up as well as take-down. A client representative must be on-site if a layout and access plan is not provided in advance. Utility and irrigation lines must be marked in advance. Client is responsible for damage to unmarked lines.

Payment Policy

When Sky High Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    You may remove items from your order anytime up until days prior to delivery/pickup and no fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within days of the delivery/pickup date a fee will be charged.
