Signature Party and Events LLC
Rental items include:
Tables: circular or banquet
Chairs white, black, or natural wood folding chairs
Dishes: plates, bread & butter plate, flatware, drinkware
Linens: White, Ivory, or Black
Any color table runner Straight end or Pointed end
*Upgrades available for an additional fee*
*All packages include string lights, speakers, and use of the entire main building and the backyard
*A non-refundable fee of $300 will be paid for all events and must be paid upon booking(the $300 fee will come out of the base venue fee)
**If alcohol is onsite, a license must be obtained through our designated insurance company – ask any rep for details

When Signature Party and Events LLC approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 50 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged.
