Description

20’x40’ High-Peak-Frame Tent
To set up our tents, we require a clear space without obstructions. We utilize a sledgehammer to insert stakes approximately 3 feet deep into the ground. It is essential for us to be informed of any underground utilities like sprinkler lines, electrical lines to sheds, pools, septic tanks, or any hidden elements. The quoted price covers professional tent setup and teardown only, excluding delivery. Delivery costs are determined based on factors like location, accessibility, and time constraints. If your tent needs stakes on grass or similar surfaces, contacting 811 (Dig Safe it’s free) to mark utilities is mandatory before installation. Signing a staking waiver is necessary, releasing McNeely Event Rentals from liability regarding stake placement. While anchoring with stakes is part of the package, if staking isn't feasible, additional costs may apply for concrete weights or water barrels. Approval of the tent site is contingent upon assessment for compatibility with our equipment. In cases where obstacles like hills, gravel, or other hazards exist between the truck and the tent site, concrete anchoring might not be achievable.

Payment Policy

When McNeely Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 1 days of the delivery/pickup date a 0% fee will be charged.
