TableMade
Event Execution + Scullery Service fee is 35% of the total reservation.
Please read the below description of each service:
Event Execution (15% of the total reservation)
Includes TableMade designers on-site executing desired tablescape design set forth by the event designer/planner or client.
Scullery + Inventory Service (20% of the total reservation)
Disclaimer: TableMade is not responsible for clearing or bussing tables. Pre-event communication with the event catering manager is required to ensure a seamless scullery experience.
Servers must dump all food debris in the designated bins prior to handling off items to the scullery specialists.
TableMade Scullery Specialists will:
- Received used rentals back from catering/banquet staff who are clearing tables during the event
- Stripping all TableMade provided linens
- Deep clean and slosh glassware
- Count and repack all reserved items per our scullery process
- Search the venue for any missing rentals at the conclusion of the event
Supplies + Materials Needed:
- Access to Trash Cans
- Lighting (if Outdoors)
- Water Access
- Designated Waste Location (To dispose of soiled water and food debris post event)
When TableMade approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 14 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
