A stagehand is a skilled behind-the-scenes worker in the entertainment industry, responsible for the technical aspects of live performances, theater productions, television shows, and events. Working in collaboration with directors, producers, and other production staff, stagehands ensure the seamless execution of performances by handling the practical elements that contribute to the overall production. Their expertise in rigging, costume changes, and backstage coordination is vital for creating a polished and professional experience for the audience, even though their efforts often go unnoticed in the spotlight.

Payment Policy

When Redrocket Productions approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 15 days of the delivery/pickup date a 75% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 7 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
