Description

Price includes setup & breakdown of client provided tent. THIS IS FOR STANDARD STAKING INTO THE GROUND. Price does not includes sides, liner, drapes, lights, or rental items shown on photo. *we will provide the labor to setup the tent and break down the tent in this price. client is providing the tent, poles, etc. this is labor fee only. we do tents year round so setup and breakdown schedule must be flexible in order to accommodate our clients tight schedules/weather for setup safety. check in with us for booking schedule outlook. Client will have all tent parts (poles, tops, straps, stakes, etc.) on a trailer at setup location or unloaded on the ground. we can charge additional labor if we need to pickup tent from one location and bring to setup location. *client will provide their own 40X50 tarp. Beautiful weddings will not be responsible for maintenance/upkeep of clients tent. client understands there is standard wear and tear that happens during setup, use, and breakdown. BW will not be responsible for any of this repair. if damage is caused by bw labor team out of negligence we will be responsible for repair. client understands we are not responsible for cleaning/upkeep, price is for labor only. can be added if client wants us to clean following use. We will have everything broken back down and in same setup location on the ground/client provided trailer.

Payment Policy

When Beautiful Weddings approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 20 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
