Price includes set up and breakdown in initial location. If client requires us to move it to a second location, there will be additional fee. If the client is using this item outdoors, the client will be responsible for covering it with the provided tarp to protect it from weather is being left overnight.

Payment Policy

When Beautiful Weddings approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 20 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
