Description

BW will provide a ring light that holds a device to run an app that will take all the photos of the guests throughout the night. Client will be provided access to the photos. Client understands that if any damage occurs to the tablet/device they will be responsible for full replacement cost. BW will set this up. Client understands if any weather arises (rain, storms, etc.) the devices must be moved inside to be protected.

Payment Policy

When Beautiful Weddings approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 20 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
