This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from Your Best Guest's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

Full Planning ideally starts more than a year out, and usually starts before the first vendor is booked for your wedding, therefore starting right after the engagement to assist with every step in the planning process. This package is our most robust package that includes everything you need to plan your dream dream day, start to finish.

Lead Planner/Coordinator for:
- up to 25 hours for vendor meetings + consultations, to use at your discretion
- up to 2 hours for a 15 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 12 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 9 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 6 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 3 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 1 month out (venue walkthrough) meeting
- up to 2 hours for rehearsal coordination
- up to 10 hours for day of coordination

Assistant Coordinator for:
- up to 2 hours for rehearsal coordination
- up to 10 hours for day of coordination

Payment Policy

When Your Best Guest approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 21 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
