This item is for purchase only. This means that it is normally purchased as an add-on to another rental. You may add this item to an order once you have an item from the "General Services" category from Your Best Guest's inventory. Click here to shop for one now.

This package is ideal for the couple who has a good understanding of what their vision is through the planning process, but just needs that extra push of a month-of planner to help wrap up the final details before the big day. For our coordination clients, we offer recommendations on vendors, but do not reach out to your vendors on your behalf, except to confirm details leading up to the wedding day.

Lead Coordinator for:
- up to 2 hours for a 3 month out planning meeting
- up to 2 hours for a 1 month out (venue walkthrough) meeting
- up to 2 hours for rehearsal coordination
- up to 10 hours for day of coordination

Assistant Coordinator for:
- up to 10 hours for day of coordination

Items included:
- Aisle Planner - a software to keep us organized throughout the process that keeps track of vendors booked, timeline, meeting notes, guides and the calendar
- Floor Plan - special, curated floor plan to help with design and execution
- Limitless Communication

NOT INCLUDED:
- Travel - Mileage from our headquarters in Dallas, GA

Payment Policy

When Your Best Guest approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.

General Cancellation Policy

    Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 21 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
