On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals

OTM Crew installs utensils on table. $2 per lot of 10. Tables/Linens must be ready for install. Unless the client is paying for OTM to remove/pack up the utensils, the Client will need to put them back in the original containers (rinsed/wiped free of food and placed back in original containers). Failure to do so will result in an additional fee ($2 per lot).
When On The Move Wedding & Event Rentals approves your rental request, 50% of the total invoice will be processed. Full payment will be due 7 days prior to the agreed upon delivery/pickup. For reservations made within 7 days the full amount will be captured upon vendor approval. Please refer to the vendor's Cancellation Policies for refund cutoffs and amounts.
Once your order is confirmed, reservation deposits are non-refundable. If you remove items from your order within 60 days of the delivery/pickup date a 50% fee will be charged. If you remove items from your order within 30 days of the delivery/pickup date a 100% fee will be charged.
